Badminton Club

Tuesday night, between 8pm and 10pm, is when a small group of people gather in the Village Hall to hit a shuttlecock over a net. No, we're not mad - just a group of people enjoying a friendly game of badminton.

Our ages range from 16 to 60 years; and our standard of play varies from novice to experienced player - and every standard in between.

Dress code doesn't exist, it's simply light, casual wear. We don't wear “whites” - but we do wear soft shoes.

Numbers attending each week vary between three and eight players; so depending upon how many people turn up on the night, that determines the number of games each person gets to play.

Cost is £1 per person per night, payable on the night and this goes towards hiring the hall.
